About Level One Psychology
Level One Psychology is a private psychology practice offering support, assessment and intervention to the Sunshine Coast community across a variety of contexts. We have a range of mental health practitioners as part of our team, including:

a sport and performance psychologist

an accredited mental health social worker
All our practitioners are experienced in their area of practice and take a compassionate and client-centred approach.
Located at both Caloundra and Sippy Downs, we have been proudly servicing the Sunshine Coast community since 2014.
Individual face-to-face psychological consultations are available at all of our clinics, which are located at the Ochre Medical Centres in Sippy Downs and Caloundra on the beautiful Sunshine Coast.
We also offer online consultations if this is more suitable to your needs.
GP referrals are welcomed but not necessary to access clinic services. DVA, insurance-related referrals (eg WorkCover QLD), and self-funded NDIS clients welcome.
Evidence-based therapies including, but not limited to, Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and Mindfulness-based interventions are applied by practitioners within the practice.
All psychologists are fully registered with AHPRA. Of course, all sessions are tailored to the needs of each client and confidentiality is assured.
