Level One Psychology is a private psychology practice offering support, education and intervention to the Sunshine Coast community across a variety of contexts. We have a range of mental health practitioners as part of our team, including psychologists, sport and performance psychologists, and an accredited mental health social worker, all experienced in their area of expertise. 

 

Individual psychological consultations are available at all of our clinics, which are located at the Ochre Medical Centres in Sippy Downs and Caloundra on the beautiful Sunshine Coast.  We also offer online consultations.  GP referrals are welcomed but not necessary to access clinic services.  DVA, insurance-related referrals (eg WorkCover QLD), and NDIS clients welcome.

Evidence-based therapies including, but not limited to, Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and Mindfulness-based interventions are applied by practitioners within the practice. All psychologists are fully registered with AHPRA. Of course, all sessions are tailored to the needs of each client and confidentiality is assured.
