Tina is a Registered Psychologist who brings a warm, compassionate, and collaborative approach to supporting clients through a wide range of psychological challenges.  

 

She​ offers support for

  • Neurodiverse presentations (e.g. Autism Spectrum Disorder)

  • Trauma (including PTSD)

  • Phobias

  • Grief

  • Health-related issues or behavioural change

​Tina is passionate about delivering evidence-based, person-centred support that empowers individuals to improve their emotional well-being, enhance resilience, and develop practical skills to manage life's difficulties. 

Tina's therapeutic approach is tailored to each person's unique needs. She draws from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and trauma-informed practices to help clients gain insight into their thought and behaviours, adopt healthier coping strategies, and work toward meaningful, sustainable change.

Tina is currently taking on new clients and is accepting new clients!

Qualifications

Tina is a Provisional Psychologist in her last few months of her internship. Following this, Tina will become a fully registered psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia. Tina is a member of the Australian Psychological Society.
